Amendment to a conditional sale contract

With reference to current report no. 68/2015 dated 3 June 2015, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (‘the Company’) at ul. Młynarska 42, informs that on 22 June 2015 a conditional contract of sale of real properties located in Łódź, entered into by and between the Company acting in the capacity of the Seller and Molina spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością S.K.A. acting in the capacity of the Buyer, was amended.
The price agreed between the Company and the Buyer was changed from the total gross value of PLN 2,636,313.41 to the total gross value of PLN 2,919,933.54.
The other provisions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
