Amendment of the conditional real property sales agreement

Legal basis: Article. 17(1) of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC

Further to the Current Report No 6/2018, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. With its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) informs that the conditional sales agreement by and between the Company, as the Seller, and Molina Sp. Z o.o. Sp. Komandytowo-akcyjna, as the Buyer, for the sale of real properties located in Łódź, has been amended. The Seller and the Buyer agreed to make changes to the conditional sales agreement by setting out the final date [for the transaction] on 28 September 2018. The remaining provisions of the agreement remain unchanged.
