Amendment to a conditional contract of sale.

With reference to current report no. 102/2015 dated 29 September 2015, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. having its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Jana Pawła II 12 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) hereby informs that the conditional contract of sale of real properties located in Lodz, entered into between the Company acting in the capacity of the Seller and Molina Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością 6 (limited liability company), limited joint stock company, acting in the capacity of the Buyer, has been amended.

Given the fact that not all the conditions provided for in the conditional contract of sale have been fulfilled, and it is unlikely that they will have been fulfilled by the deadline agreed upon between by the Parties, the Seller and the Buyer have decided to amend the conditional contract of sale by means of setting the deadline on 30 June 2016.

Moreover, the Parties agreed on automatic termination of the conditional contract of sale as of 30 June 2016 inclusive if all the conditions are not fulfilled (and the Buyer does not waive the obligation that the conditions shall be fulfilled).

The remaining terms and conditions of the contract shall remain unchanged.
