Admission of the stock to trading on GPW (Warsaw Stock Exchange)

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with the registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) informs that on 27 June 2013 the Management Board of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (Warsaw Stock Exchange) adopted a resolution on the admission to trading on the main market maintained by Warsaw Stock Exchange of 416,666,666 series M ordinary bearer shares of the Company of the nominal value of PLN 0.04 each (hereinafter referred to as “Series M stock”) and 396,153,846 series N1 ordinary bearer shares of the Company of the nominal value of PLN 0.04 each (hereinafter referred to as “Series N1 stock”).

Moreover, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange took a decision on the admission of Series M stock and Series N1 stock to trading on the main market maintained by Warsaw Stock Exchange on 28 June 2013 on condition that Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (National Depository for Securities) registers on 28 June 2013 the stock with the National Depository for Securities and that it assigns it the code “PLMSTSD00019”.
