Admission to and trading of ordinary bearer shares of P series.

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 (the “Company”) informs that on 3 January 2014, the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. adopted a resolution No. 9/2014 on admission to and trading in the GPW Main Market of ordinary bearer shares of P series of the Polimex-Mostostal S.A.

Pursuant to Company’s request, 133,393,702 (one hundred and thirty-three million, three hundred and ninety-three thousand, seven hundred and two) ordinary bearer shares of P series of the nominal value of PLN 0.04 (point zero four) each were admitted to trading on main market.

The Management Board decided that the shares shall be admitted to main market trading on 8 January 2014 on an ordinary basis, on the condition that the National Depository for Securities S.A on 8 January 2014 will register those shares and assign them with a code “PLMSTSD00019".
