Admission to and trading of ordinary bearer shares of A1 series.

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw, informs that on 3 August 2015 the Management Board of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. [Warsaw Stock Exchange] adopted Resolution No. 788/2015 on admission to and trading in the GPW Main Market of ordinary bearer shares of A1 series of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. Polimex-Mostostal S.A.

Pursuant to the application of the Issuer (of which the Issuer informed in the current report No. 88/2015 
published on 30 July 2015), ordinary bearer shares of A1 series of the nominal value of PLN 0.04 (four grosz) each were admitted to trading: 37.550 (thirty-seven thousand, five hundred and fifty) and assigned the code PLMSTSD00134 by the National Depository for Securities S.A were admitted to main market trading.

The Management Board decided that the shares shall be admitted to main market trading on 7 August 2015 on an ordinary basis, on the condition that the National Depository for Securities S.A on 7 August 2015 
will assimilate them with the shares of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. being listed
