Adjustment to the current report no 4/2019 of 8th February 2019

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with the registered office in Warsaw (the „Issuer”) informs about an adjustment to the current report no 4/2019 of 8th February 2019 due to an error in one of the specified dates.

In the current report no 4/2019 the deadline for the implementation of corrosion protection for unit no 9 is incorrectly set for 31st March 2019. The correct date is 15th April 2019.

Other information provided in the current report no 4/2019 of 8th February 2019 remain unchanged.

Legal basis: Article 15(2) of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 29th March 2018 regarding current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state
