Additional information on the new Member of the Supervisory Board

Legal basis: Article 56(1), point 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information        

As a follow-up to the current report No 46/2020 of 3 August 2020, the Management Board of Polimex Mostostal S.A. with the registered office in Warsaw (the "Company") provides additional information regarding Mrs Karolina Mazurkiewicz-Grzybowska who has been recently appointed to the position of a Member of the Company's Supervisory Board.

Mrs Karolina Mazurkiewicz-Grzybowska has made a statement in writing to confirm that she does not conduct any competitive business activity, she is not a stakeholder in competitive partnerships, she is not a member of the bodies of competitive limited companies and she does not participate in other competitive legal persons as a member of their bodies. Mrs Mazurkiewicz-Grzybowska has also submitted a declaration confirming that she is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the act of 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register.
