Additional information on the new Member of the Supervisory Board

As a follow-up to the current report No 17/2020 of 3 March 2020, the Management Board of Polimex Mostostal S.A. with the registered office in Warsaw (the "Company") provides additional information regarding Mr Jakub Rybicki who has been recently appointed to the position of a Member of the Company's Supervisory Board.

Mr Jakub Rybicki has made a statement in writing to confirm that he does not conduct any competitive business activity, he is not a stakeholder in competitive partnerships, he is not a member of the bodies of competitive limited companies and he is not participating in other competitive legal persons as a member of their bodies. Mr Rybicki has also submitted a declaration confirming that he is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the act of 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register. The Company presents a biographical note of Mr Jakub Rybicki in an attachment to this report.
