Additional analyses in relation to the Company’s value carried out

Further to the current report No 13/2018 of ENERGA S.A. And current report No 15/2018 of ENEA S.A. With regard to the consent of both of the aforementioned companies and the general shareholders meeting of the company Elektrownia Ostrołęka sp. z o.o. To award the contract in public tender proceedings titled “Construction of approx. 1000 MW Ostrołęka C Power Plant” [in Polish „Budowa Elektrowni Ostrołęka C o mocy ok. 1000 MW”], the management of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA. With its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”) informs that it is carrying out additional analyses in connection with the Company’s value in the consolidated financial report allocated to the energy operational area.

The Issuer will inform of the results of the analyses in a separate current report.
