Construction of a gas-steam block for the Żerań heat and power plant

The construction of a gas and steam unit for the Żerań heat and power plant that belongs to PGNiG TERMIKA is a strategic energy industry investment for the Warsaw metropolitan area.

The consortium agreement among Polimex Mostostal S.A., Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Europe Gmbh, Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Ltd and, Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Europe Ltd., covers delivery and erection of a Combined Cycle Gas and Steam Unit at Elektrociepłownia Żerań, with electricity output of 490 MWe net and maximum thermal power of 326 MWt, along with Balance of Plant systems and installations.
