Polimex Mostostal presents its development strategy for 2026-2033: Transformation 4.0, ambitious growth targets and responsibility for the future
During a press conference at the PAP Press Centre, the Management Board of Polimex Mostostal S.A. presented the Group's strategy for 2026-2033. The document sets the direction for development for one of the most important industrial construction companies in Poland, combining 80 years of tradition with innovation, responsibility and a modern approach to management.
"The strategy we have presented today is not only a plan for the coming years – it is an expression of our sense of responsibility towards the future, our employees, partners and the economy as a whole," said Jakub Stypuła, President of the Management Board of Polimex Mostostal S.A.
The strategy is to further develop the business in the key sectors of energy, petrochemicals, industrial and general construction as well as infrastructure, while strengthening the manufacturing segment. The goal of the Polimex Mostostal Capital Group is to be a symbol of modern Polish industrial construction – based on experience, innovation and the highest quality standards.
The concept of Transformation 4.0, encompassing process digitalisation, competence development, IT investments and building an organisational culture that supports both the company's strategic goals and the individual ambitions of its employees, is at the heart of the strategy. Operating revenues of more than PLN 10 billion and EBIT profitability of more than 4% have been identified as a financial target in the strategy for 2026-2028. In subsequent years, the payment of dividends is being considered.
The strategy also provides for diversification of activities through the development of production, investments in defence infrastructure, nuclear energy, airport projects and active participation in the reconstruction of Ukraine. The Group plans selective overseas expansion through focusing on markets with high growth potential.
Sustainability is an integral part of the strategy, encompassing efforts towards climate neutrality, decarbonisation, a closed loop economy and adherence to ESG principles including the highest standards of ethics and corporate governance. Polimex Mostostal treats these commitments not as declarations, but as specific actions already being implemented today.
"Thank you to all those who have contributed to this strategy. Thanks to our history, stability and competence, we look to the future with courage and a sense of responsibility. Polimex Mostostal is a company that not only builds – but also provides a guarantee of quality, durability and trust," concluded Jakub Stypuła.
