Changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Company

Legal basis: Article 56(1), point 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information               

The Management Board of Polimex Mostostal S.A. with the registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”, the “Issuer”) informs that during the Ordinary General Meeting of 3 June 2020 there were changes made to the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer. The Ordinary General Meeting of the Company appointed the following members to the Supervisory Board for the joint term 2019-2022: Mrs Eliza Kaczorowska, Mr Marcin Mauer and Mr Tomasz Myśliński.

Pursuant to the above, the current composition of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer is as follows: Mrs Katarzyna Dąbrowska, Mrs Eliza Kaczorowska, Mr Bartłomiej Kurkus, Mr Marcin Mauer, Mr Tomasz Myśliński and Mr Jakub Rybicki.

The information about the new Members of the Supervisory Board required by the Regulation from the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information delivered by issuers of securities and on the terms and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (the “Regulation”) will be provided in a separate current report at a later date.
