Conclusion of an annex to the significant agreement by a subsidiary of the Issuer

With reference to the following current reports: report No 47/2016 of 11 August 2016, report No 36/2018 of 23 August 2018, report No 24/2019 of 9 September 2019 and report No 3/2020 of 16 January 2020, the Management Board of Polimex Mostostal S.A. with the registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”, the “Company”) informs about the conclusion of an annex (the “Annex”) to the agreement concerning the turnkey construction of a Flue Gas Desulphurisation Plant for units A and B at the Pomorzany Power Plant (the “Contract”) between Polimex Energetyka Sp. z o.o. (the subsidiary of the Company) and Doosan Lentjes GmbH with the registered office in Ratingen, Germany and PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A. with the registered office in Bełchatów. The Annex stipulates an extension to the deadline for the Contract execution until 28 February 2020. Other significant provisions of the Contract remain unchanged. The provisions of the Annex entered into force on 31 January 2020.
