Alteration to the publication date of the quarterly consolidated report for Q1 2019 including separate quarterly financial information.

Legal basis: Article 56, paragraph 1(2) of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information.

The Management Board of “Polimex-Mostostal” S.A. (the “Company”) hereby informs about the alteration to the publication date of the quarterly consolidated report for Q1 2019 including separate quarterly financial information (the “Report”). The new publication date of the Report is 15th May 2019.

Legal basis of the report: paragraph 80(2) of the Regulation from the Minister of Finance of 29th March 2018 on the current and periodic information delivered by issuers of securities and on the terms and conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, items 512 and 685).
