Conclusion of an annex to the contract for a guarantee to the Opole Project

Legal basis: Article 17 para. 1 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (regulation on market abuse) and repealing Directive 2003/6 / EC of the European Parliament and Council and Commission Directives 2003/124 / EC, 2003/125 / EC and 2004/72 / EC.

With reference to the current report No. 9/2014 of January 24th, 2014 and current report No. 32/2018 of  August 3th, 2018, the Management Board of “Polimex-Mostostal” S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Issuer") informs that today the subsidiary of the Issuer Polimex Opole Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp. k. with its registered office in Warsaw, concluded with PKO BP S.A. an annex to the Guarantee Agreement for the contract for the construction of power units 5 and 6 at PGE Elektrownia Opole S.A.

The validity period of the quality performance guarantee for the amount of PLN 199,161,600.00 has been extended until July 15th, 2019.

The existing catalogue of guarantees has been extended by the statements of Polimex Opole Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp. k. and the Issuer on submission to enforcement pursuant to art. 777 para  1 point 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

Other conditions of the Guarantee Agreement remain unchanged.
