Conclusion of an annex to the contract for periodic granting contract insurance guarantees

Legal basis: Article 17 para. 1 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (regulation on market abuse) and repealing Directive 2003/6 / EC of the European Parliament and Council and Commission Directives 2003/124 / EC, 2003/125 / EC and 2004/72 / EC.

With reference to Current Report No. 72/2017 of 1st September 2017 and Current Report No. 12/2018 of March 15th, 2018, the Management Board of “Polimex-Mostostal” S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Issuer") informs that on October 3rd , 2018, between the Issuer and Polimex Energetyka  Sp.  z  o.o. (with the Issuer jointly as "Employers") and Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw ("PZU") an annex to the contract was concluded, the subject of which is defining the rules for granting contract insurance by PZU within the set limits of exposure ("Contract") ) providing for a total exposure limit for both Employers at the level of PLN 98,970,000.00, with the reservation that a sublimit for Polimex Energetyka sp. z o.o.  can not be higher than PLN 29,000,000.00.

As a result of concluding the annex, the revolving exposure limit is valid until 02.10.2019. The remaining provisions of the Contract have not changed.
