Fixed dates for submission of periodical reports

Legal basic: Article 56 (1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodical information

The Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or the "Issuer") hereby informs about the dates of making periodical reports publicly available in the financial year 2017:

2017-03-27  individual and consolidated annual report for 2016;

2017-05-15  quarterly consolidated report for Q1 2017, containing  individual quarterly financial information;

2017-08-28  individual and consolidated report for H1 2017;

2017-11-13  quarterly consolidated report for Q3 2017, containing individual quarterly financial information.

Moreover, the Management Board of the Company informs that:

• pursuant to § 101 (2) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and terms of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-member state equivalent (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordinance”), the Issuer will not provide any quarterly report or consolidated quarterly report for Q2  and Q4 of the financial year 2017;
• pursuant to § 83 (1) of the Ordinance, the Issuer will provide consolidated quarterly reports for Q1 and Q3 of the financial year 2017, containing quarterly financial information of the parent entity but will not provide any separate individual quarterly reports covering the aforementioned reporting periods;

All periodical reports will be made available on the website of the Company (www.polimex-mostostal.pl), the Investor Relations tab.
