Registration of a change in the amount of the share capital by the court

Legal basic: Article 56 (1) (2) of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodical information

Referring to current report no. 64/2016, current report no. 3/2017, current report no. 6/2017, and current report no. 11/2017, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. having its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Company”) informs that it has become aware through the electronic services system of the Ministry of Justice eMS (https://ems.ms.gov.pl) about today's registration of the change in the amount of the Company's share capital.

After the registration of the change, the share capital of the Company amounts to 473,237,604 (in words: four hundred and seventy-three million two hundred and thirty-seven thousand six hundred and four) zlotys. After the registration of the change, the share capital is comprised of 236,618,802 shares representing 236,618,802 votes at the General Meeting of the Company.

The Company will publish the uniform text of the Articles of Association of the Company in the form of a current reform immediately after it has been adopted by the Supervisory Board in accordance with the delegation included in § 5 of the Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company of 28 December 2016.
