The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. having its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") informs that today the Company has received a letter from Mr Tomasz Kucharczyk with resignation from the position of a Member of the Management Board of the Company as of 27 February 2017.
Mr Tomasz Kucharczyk has not given any reasons for his resignation.
