The appointment of a Member of the Issuer’s Management Board

Legal basic: Article 56 (1) (2) of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodical information

The Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA having its registered address in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby informs that today the Supervisory Board of the Company has appointed Mr. Andrzej Juszczyński the Vice President of the Management Board.

Mr. Andrzej Juszczyński: (i) does not compete against the Company, does not own interest in any competitive company as a partner in a civil-law partnership or any other partnership, or as a member of the bodies of a corporation, and does not own interest in any other competitive legal entity as a member of its body, and (ii) he is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors held under the National Court Register Act.

The CV of Mr. Andrzej Juszczyński outlining his education, qualifications and previously held positions, including a description of professional experience, is enclosed hereto.

Legal basis: § 5 (1) (22) in connection with § 28 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and terms of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-member state equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 133).
