Conclusion of an annex to the agreement concerning a change of the conditions of financing for the Polimex Mostostal Group

Legal basis: Article 17(1) of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.

Referring to current report no. 7/2017 of 19 January 2017, The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. having its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Company”) informs that on 31 March 2017 the parties to the Agreement (as defined in current report no. 7/2017) concluded an annex to the agreement concerning a change of the conditions of financing for the Polimex-Mostostal Group

The aim of the Annex is to extend the deadline for the implementation of the changed conditions of financing for the capital group of the Company with respect to individual financial documents binding the Company, its selected subsidiaries and individual creditors of 31 March 2017 until 14 April 2017.

The other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged.
