Conclusion by a subsidiary of an annex to the Loan Agreement

Legal basis: Article 17(1) of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC

Referring to current report no. 6/2016 dated 29 January 2016, the Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or the "Issuer") informs that today Mostostal Siedlce Sp. z o.o. Spółka komandytowa has concluded an annex to the Fixed-Term Loan Agreement concluded with PKO BP and Pekao, which provides for new terms and conditions of financing, in particular for the values and terms of principal installment repayment, the limits of investment expenditure and the new date of final loan repayment on 31 December 2021.
