ablishing of a mortgage on the Issuer’s real properties

Legal basis: Article. 17(1) of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC

Further to the current report No 52/2017 of 31 May 2017 and the current report No 56/2017 of 21 June 2017 the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) informs that today a statement has been made on establishing a mortgage on thirty real properties owned by the Company or for which the Company has the right of perpetual usufruct, located in Warsaw, Siedlce, Biała, Płock, Kozienice, Wilczkowice Górne, Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, Kraków, Stalowa Wola, Gorlice Przysieki, Jedlicze and Gdańsk.

The mortgage established is a contractual mortgage up to the total sum of PLN 360 million and secures Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego’s claims under credit agreement for guarantee facility and related renewable and non-renewable loans and agreements associated with the said agreement. The Company will issue a separate current report on registering the mortgage in the relevant land and mortgage register at the time of entering the last record.
