Resignation of a Supervisory Board Member

Legal basic: Art. 56 item 1 point 2 of the Public Offering Act – current and periodic information

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) announces that it has acknowledged the resignation from the position of a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board filed by Ms. Marta Zygmunt.  The resignation will be effective at the moment of the start of the Company’s General Meeting, no later than on 30 November 2017.

Ms Marta Zygmunt has justified her resignation with additional official duties in recent times, in connection with her position of the CEO [in another entity], which prevents her from holding the position of a Supervisory Board member in a manner that is satisfactory to her.

Legal basis: Article 5 item 1 point 21 of the Minister of Finance Regulation of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the law of a non-member state (Dz. U. of 2014, item 133, as amended).
