New President of the Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA
The Supervisory Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA adopted a resolution on appointing Mr. Krzysztof Figat to the Management Board, entrusting him with the function of President of the Management Board as of 11 May 2018.
As of 11 May 2018 the Management Board of „Polimex-Mostostal” SA will be composed of the following members:
- Krzysztof Figat – President of the Management Board,
- Maciej Korniluk - Vice President, CFO,
- Przemysław Janiszewski – Vice President, COO.

I will do my utmost to achieve the goals set before me.” - commented Krzysztof Figat, the newly appointed President of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA’s Management Board.
Mr. Figat is an engineer and manager with many years of experience in the biggest power sector companies in Poland. He is an expert in the field of management, economics and business finance, in general. Prior to his appointment to Polimex-Mostostal’s Management Board he was CEO of Enea Wytwarzanie.
He was responsible, inter alia, for the completion of construction works on 1075 MW Unit 11 in Elektrownia Kozienice and launching IGCC (integrated gasification combined cycle) project.
Mr. Figat was also vice president, CFO at PGNiG TERMIKA, in charge of supervision of preparing a 497 MWe and 326 MWt CCGT project at EC Żerań, in Warsaw.
He began his career in 1993, in Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyczne in Siedlce, in which he served as President of the Management Board for nine years.
Mr. Figat is a graduate of the Lublin University of Technology, Electrical Department with specialization in power engineering and the Faculty of Economics at the University of Maria Curie-Skłodowska in Lublin in economics and organization of manufacturing.
