A bid for over 485 million PLN  made by TORPOL has been selected by the Ordering Party.

Yesterday, i.e. on 25 May 2010, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal SA obtained information that the bid made by Torpol ‑ a 100 % subsidiary company of Polimex-Mostostal – in the tender for the execution of works within the ‘Modernisation of the E 65/CE railway line along the Warsaw – Gdynia section’ project had been selected by the Ordering Party, the PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A.

The bid was made by a consortium of the following companies:

-  FEROCO S.A. ‑ Consortium leader,

- TORPOL Sp. z o.o.

- Zakład Robót Komunikacyjnych – DOM w Poznaniu Sp. z o.o.

- Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Technicznych INTERCOR Sp. z o.o.

The bid value amounts to:

- net: 397,652,629.75 PLN (three hundred and ninety-seven million, six hundred and fifty-two thousand, six hundred and twenty nine point seven five PLN).

-gross: 485,136,208.30 PLN (four hundred and eighty-five million, one hundred and thirty-six thousand, two hundred and eight point three PLN).
