The process of formal incorporation has been completed

Dear Sirs,

We are pleased to inform you that the process of incorporation into Polimex-Mostostal of seven subsidiary companies operating in the power engineering and chemical industries, namely: Energomontaż Północ S.A., Naftobudowa S.A., Naftoremont sp. z o.o., ZRE Kraków Sp. z o.o., ZRE Lublin S.A., EPE Rybnik Sp. z o.o. and ECeRemont Sp. z o.o. has been completed.

As a result of concentration of assets, we shall reinforce the attractiveness of our offer, increase the output capacities and the capability of comprehensive execution of the largest investment tasks.

The incorporation of the companies will strengthen the Polimex-Mostostal leading position on the engineering and construction market with income at the level of approx. PLN 5 billion.

We are one of the most important employers in the country, with a number of employees exceeding 13 thousand people. We offer a unique and complementary scope of construction and installation services provided on the general contractorship basis to the most important sectors of the economy: chemical and environmental protection, power engineering, industrial, road, railway and general construction sectors.

We are also the largest manufacturer and exporter of large-scale steel products in Poland. We can pride ourselves on the largest share in the domestic market in the area of anti-corrosion protection. The Group also specialises in the production of power equipment and technological furnaces.

The reorganisation carried out is of particular importance in the context of the planned, very extensive investments in the Polish power engineering industry for the execution of which we are very well prepared.

The incorporation carried out within our Group provides numerous measurable benefits to our Clients and Partners as well as the Group itself. In our new structure, we shall as always execute the tasks commissioned to us with utmost diligence and quality standards but also faster, more comprehensively and effectively.
