Polimex-Mostostal to construct a Shopping Centre in Bełchatów

Yesterday, i.e. on 08.06.2011, Polimex-Mostostal concluded a contract for the construction of the ‘Olimpia’ Shopping-Service-Entertainment Centre in Bełchatów with Projekt Echo – 55 Sp. z o.o. 

Total net value of the contract amounts to: PLN 80,300,000.00

(eighty million, three hundred thousand).

Completion date:  31.07.2012. 

The ‘Olimpia’ Shopping-Service-Entertainment Centre will be located in the area of Kolejowa Street / Pożaryskiego Street/ Armii Krajowej Street in Bełchatów. The Gallery will feature a shopping arcade, a multi-screen cinema and a hypermarket. The arcades, moving walkways, a panoramic elevator and stairs – all these will provide connection with different parts of the Centre, including the car park located under the building. The Centre will also feature a restaurant part, ‘Food-Court’.
