Polimex-Mostostal has concluded a contract in the value of PLN 117.8 million

Today, i.e. on 8 February 2012, Polimex-Mostostal concluded a contract with the Marshal Office of the Lubelskie Voivodeship for the construction of two buildings, i.e. the Lublin Conference Centre and the seat of the Marshal Office in Lublin with necessary technical infrastructure.

Contract gross value: PLN 117,791,974.49.

Contract net value: PLN 95,765,832.92.

The scope of works include the construction of buildings of the following parameters:

1. the building of the Lublin Conference Centre at ul. Grottgera 2 in Lublin:

buildable land area 1,450 m2
total area 9,750 m2
usable area 5,155.80 m2
cubic capacity 48,812.74 m3
building height ca. 24.5 m
number of storeys: 6 above-ground storeys and 3 underground storeys with 52 parking spaces
2. the building of the Marshal Office at ul. Grottgera 4 in Lublin:

buildable land area 2,400 m2
total area 18,300 m2
usable area 12,845.51 m2
cubic capacity 88,249.19 m3
building height ca. 22.8 m
number of storeys: 6 above-ground storeys and 3 underground storeys with 186 parking spaces
and, among others,

relocation of clashing water and sewage, power and telecommunication networks, building of a new underground infrastructure, roads and development of green spaces.

Works completion dates:

the building of the Lublin Conference Centre – 30 months from the date of the contract conclusion,
the building of the Marshal Office– 36 months from the date of the contract conclusion.
