Financial results of the Polimex Mostostal Capital Group for the first half-year of 2016

The revenues from sales of the Polimex-Mostostal Capital Group in the first half-year of 2016 amounted to over PLN 1.27 billion.

In the first half-year of 2016, Polimex-Mostostal earned a revenue from sales at a level over PLN 961 million. The revenues of the entire Group amounted to PLN 1.27 billion. The operating result for the entire Group totaled PLN -43.4 million, and in case of Polimex-Mostostal - PLN -104.8 million.

"We are performing strategic projects in the power sector, which we'll execute in accordance with the adopted schedules. We are implementing a well thought-out program for the reconstruction of the Group. The current results, as expected, reflect the additional costs related to the project in Kozienice, previously defined and taken into account in the planning of the Polimex-Mostostal operating activity. What matters, our companies are awarded further major contracts, which will result in the strengthening of the Polimex-Mostostal Group and which allows us to optimistically look into the nearest future"- says Antoni Józwowicz, President of the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal.

The Polimex-Mostostal Group maintained a stable level of overhead costs. In the first half-year, the overheads amounted to PLN 36.2 million for the entire group, and PLN 12.6 million in case of Polimex-Mostostal.
