The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. hereby informs the public about the list of stockholders possessing at least 5% of all votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. Stockholders that convened on 12 July 2010:1. PIONEER PEKAO INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT S.A. – 41,843,807 votes making up 19.57% of total votes actually present at the meeting and 9.01% of total votes;2. ING OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY – 40,000,000 votes making up 18.71% of total votes actually present at the meeting and 8.61% of total votes;3. AVIVA OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY AVIVA BZ WBK – 40,000,000 votes making up 18.71% of total votes actually present at the meeting and 8.61% of total votes;4. OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY PZU "ZŁOTA JESIEŃ" – 23,220,172 votes making up 10.86% of total votes actually present at the meeting and 5.00% of total votes;5. AMPLICO OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY – 20,000,000 votes making up 9.35% of total votes actually present at the meeting and 4.31% of total votes.
