New members of Polimex-Mostostal Supervisory Board.

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. hereby informs that the General Meeting of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. adopted a resolution on 30 June 2010 appointing the following new members of the Supervisory Board: Mr Mieczysław Puławski, Mr Jan Woźniak, Mr Jacek Kseń, Mr Andrzej Szumański and Mr Kazimierz Klęk.Every new member of the Supervisory Board represented that outside of the Company he does not perform any activity competitive to the activity of the Company, is not a shareholder in any competitive civil or other partnership, or a member of any body in a share-holding company or any other competitive legal person, is not named in the register of insolvent debtors maintained according to the Act on the National Court Register.Enclosed are CVs of the new members of the Supervisory Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A.
