Liquidation of a subsidiary opened.

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. informs that as at today, i.e. 23 June 2010, the General Meeting of Stockholders of "Terminal LNG S.A." adopted a resolution to open liquidation of the company and select its liquidator – Mr Andrzej Dąbrowski. Polimex-Mostostal S.A. owns 30.5% of all stocks of "Terminal LNG S.A."."Terminal LNG S.A." was established as a special-purpose vehicle to develop the LNG Port at the sea port complex in Szczecin-Świnoujście. As the statutory objective of the company has not been fulfilled, the stockholders decided to dissolve the Company. Legal basis: § 5 section 1 item 24 in connection with § 30 item 18 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions of considering information required by regulations of a non-member state as equivalent (Dz.U. (Journal of Laws) 2009, No. 33, item 259).
