Dates of submission of periodical reports on a permanent basis

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17.

a) acting pursuant to paragraph 83 (1) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and terms of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-Member State equivalent (Dz.U [Journal of Laws] No. 33, item 259 as amended) submits a statement on the intent of permanent submission of consolidated quarterly reports of the Capital Group containing quarterly financial information,

b) informs the public about dates of submission of periodical reports for 2012 on a permanent basis.

Dates of submission of periodical reports in 2001 are as follows:

1/ 20.03.2012 r.            - annual report for 2011;

                                      - consolidated annual report for 2011;

2/ 14.05.2012 r.            - extended consolidated report for Q1 2012.

3/ 30.08.2012 r.            - half-year report for 2012;

                                      - consolidated half-year report for 2012;

4/ 09.11.2012 r.            - extended consolidated report for Q3 2012.
