Transactions involving Issuer Proxy’s Company stock

Pursuant to Article 160 (4) of the Act dated 29 July 2005 on trading in financial instruments, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. informs that on 31 January 2011 it received information about the sale by the Issuer Proxy of 4,000 (in words: four thousand) of ordinary bearer stocks of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. Transactions involving the sale of the said stocks were concluded at the GPW (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych, Warsaw Stock Exchange) S.A. in a standard session mode on 2 February 2010. Mean sale price of one stock amounted to PLN 4.43 PLN (in words: four point four three Polish zlotys). Legal basis: Article 160 (4) of the Act on trading – information on transactions concluded by persons having access to confidential information and § 2.1.5 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finances dated 15 November 2005 on the submission and making available of information on certain transactions involving financial instruments and on the rules of development and keeping of a list of persons having access to specific confidential information.
