Change of publication date of the extended consolidated report for Q1 2011.

The Management Board of Polimex–Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17, acting pursuant to § 103(2) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodicinformation provided by issuers of securities and terms of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-Member State equivalent (Dz.U. [Dziennik Ustaw, Journal of Laws]No. 33, item259 as amended), hereby notifies of the change of publication date of the extendedconsolidated report for Q1 2011 which, in accordance with the current report no. 8/2011 dated 21 January 2011, was initially set to fall on 16 May 2011.
The said report for Q1 2011 will be made public on 13 May 2011.
