Result of the inspection carried out by the TSSE Managing Authority

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its seat in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17, with reference to current reports no. 52/2008 dated 24 July 2008 and 15/2010 dated 4 March 2010 together with the amendment dated 5 March 2010, informs that on 27 June 2011 the Company obtained report on the inspection of the activity of the Issuer on the territory of the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN, approved on 22 June 2011.

As a result of the said inspection carried out on 24-25 May 2011 by the Managing Authority of the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN it has been stated that Polimex- Mostostal S.A properly fulfils the terms and conditions included in the Permission no. 171/ARP S.A./2008 dated 23 July 2008 with subsequent amendments for conducting an economic activity on the territory of the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN.
