Transactions involving Company stock concluded by the Issuer’s Proxy

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 informs that on 11 July 2011 it obtained information about the sale by the Company’s Proxy of 210,000 (in words: two hundred and ten thousand) ordinary bearer stocks of Polimex-Mostostal S.A.
The transaction of sale of the said stocks was concluded at the GPW (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych, Warsaw Stock Exchange) S.A. in Warsaw in a standard session mode on 30 June 2011. The mean sale price of one stock amounted to PLN 3.22 (in words: three point two two Polish zlotys).
