Selection of a bid placed by the Company

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 informs that on 13 July 2011 it received a notification from the Miejski Zarząd Ulic i Mostów (Municipal Roads and Bridges Administration) in Tychy of the selection, as of the most advantageous one, of the bid placed by the Company in the public procurement proceedings conducted in the course of an open tender called ‘General Contractor of construction works for the Project of Reconstruction of the National Route no. 1 and no. 86 Gdańsk – Cieszyn within the limits of the city of Tychy – section DK-1 HP 0+000 to 5+656 and DK-86 HP 27+448 to 28+648’.

Gross price of the bid is PLN 149,863,392.97.

One is entitled to means of legal protection against the results of these proceedings provided for in the Public Procurement Law.
