Conclusion of an annex no. 6 to the debt limit agreement with Raiffeisen Bank Poland S.A.

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 informs that on 10 August 2011 it obtained, as signed by Raiffeisen Bank Poland S.A., an annex no. 6 to the debt limit agreement.

Under the foregoing debt limit agreement Polimex-Mostostal S.A. will issue bank guarantees with the limit of PLN 100.000.000,00. By right of concluded annex, the last day of the use period has been extended and falls on 28 September 2012 and the day of the final product payment is 27 December 2018.

The securities of the foregoing Agreement and the amount of commission and charges have remained on an unchanged level, agreed on arm’s length basis.

The value of the Issuer's equity capital has been assumed to be the criterion for considering the Contract to be material.
