Signing of an Annex to the Cooperation Agreement with STU Ergo Hestia S.A.

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 informs that on 24 April 2012 the Annex no. 7 to the Cooperation Agreement was signed with Sopockie Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń [Sopot Insurance Company] Ergo Hestia S.A. in the scope of giving insurance guarantees within the granted guarantee limit, establishing the granted limit for the amount of PLN 120,000,000.00.

The Ergo Hestia Insurance Company S.A., based on the Agreement in question, issues bid bonds, contract performance bonds, retention bonds and advance payment bonds.

The Agreement has been concluded for an indefinite period of time.

Securities and the amount of commission have been agreed upon on market terms.

The value of the Issuer's equity capital has been assumed to be the criterion for considering the Contract to be material.
