Selection of the bid placed by the Consortium

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 hereby informs that it received a notification from ENEA Wytwarzanie S.A. on the selection of the most advantageous bid placed by the Consortium consisting of the following companies: Hitachi Power Europe GmbH and Polimex-Mostostal S.A. in the negotiated procedure with prior publication for awarding a public contract entitled: “Construction of a hard coal fired power unit for over critical parameters of the minimum net electric power of 900 MWe and the maximum of 1000 MWe  at Elektrownia “Kozienice” S.A.”

The price of the bid amounts to PLN 6,279,625,292.91 gross (PLN 5,105,386,417.00 net), including share of 
Polimex-Mostostal S.A. constitutes 42,7% this is PLN 2,180,000,000.00 net.
