Selection of the bid placed by the Consortium

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 hereby informs that it received a notification from PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. on the selection of the most advantageous bid placed by the Consortium consisting of the following companies: TORPOL S.A. (the Leader of Consortium), Polimex-Mostostal S.A., Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Technicznych INTERCOR Sp. z o.o. in the negotiated procedure with prior publication for awarding a public contract entitled: “Design and execution of works for the Modernisation of the railway line E75 Rail Baltica Warszawa – Białystok – frontier with Lithuania, stage I, section Warszawa Rembertów – Zielonka – Tłuszcz (Sadowne).”

The price of the bid amounts to PLN 1,597,473,972.64 gross (PLN 1,298,759,327.35 net), including share of 
TORPOL S.A. and Polimex-Mostostal S.A. constitutes 80%.
