Appointment of members of the Management Board

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 informs that on 26 June 2012 the Supervisory Board of the Company appointed the following persons to the Management Board of the Issuer:

1)    effective as of 2 July 2012 – Mr Robert Bednarski to the position of the Financial Vice-President of the Management Board,

2)    effective as of 6 July 2012 – Mr Robert Oppenheim to the position of the Operating Vice-President of the Management Board.

CVs of the newly appointed Vice-Presidents of the Management Board have been annexed to this report.

Mr Robert Bednarski does not conduct any activity competitive with respect to the Issuer and is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the provisions of the Act on the National Court Register.

The information provided for in § 28 (5) and (6) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and terms of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-Member State equivalent (Dz. U. [Dziennik Ustaw, Journal of Laws] no. 33 of 2009, item 259 as amended), regarding Mr Robert Oppenheim, will be published immediately after being provided to the Company.
