Selection of the bid placed by the Company

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 hereby informs that on 23 November 2011 it received a notification from the Marshal of Lubelskie Voivodeship of the selection, of the bid placed by the Company as the most advantageous one in the procedure conducted in the course of an open tender for the execution of construction works in two separate investment plans called “Conference Centre in Lublin” and “Building of the Office of the Marshal in Lublin” together with the essential technical infrastructure.

The bid gross value amounts to PLN 117,791,974.49 (net value PLN 95,765,832.92).

One is entitled to means of legal protection against the results of these proceedings provided for in the Public Procurement Law.
