Supplementation of the information on the person appointed to the Management Board

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17, with reference to current report no. 41/2012 published on 27 June 2012, hereby informs that Mr Robert Oppenheim, appointed to the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board for Operational Affairs, has submitted a written declaration that he is:

-    a partner in the company operating under the business name of ‘RC Development’ Limited Liability Company having its office in Warsaw, registered in the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS no. 230072 – due to the subject matter of the company’s activities, the said activity may be classified as competitive towards the activities conducted by the Issuer,

-    a member of the Supervisory Board of ‘DCF Capital’ Joint Stock Company having its registered office in Warsaw, registered in the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS no. 304610 – due to the subject matter of the company’s activities, the said activity may be classified as competitive towards the activities conducted by the Issuer,

-    gives lectures at Warsaw University, Faculty of Economic Sciences – the activity is not competitive towards the activities conducted by the Issuer,

and is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the provisions of the Act on the National Court Register.
