Accession of the bondholder to the Agreement concluded with financial creditors

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 (the “Company”) informs that on 10 August 2012 it received the information that on 10 August 2012 one of the bondholders, who owns 30 bonds of the Company with the total face value of PLN 3 million (“Bondholder”) acceded to the Agreement on refraining from enforcement of liabilities of the Company concluded by the Company with banks financing the business activity of the Company and bondholders on 24 July 2012, about which the Company informed in the current report No. 52/2012 of 25 July 2012 (“Agreement”). The accession of the bondholder to the Agreement is subject to the same terms and conditions as other creditors of the Company.
