Changes in the Issuer’s Management Board

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 informs that on 31 August 2012 the Supervisory Board of the Company dismissed Mr Grzegorz Szkopek, who had performed the function of the Vice-President of the Management Board to that day, from the Issuer’s Management Board.
