Appointment of commercial proxies

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 hereby informs that on 4 October 2012 it adopted resolutions on granting an independent commercial proxy to Mr Przemysław Milczarek and Mr Krzysztof Kołodziejczyk.
